Old Line Plate (1 & 2)

Kara saw that Story Seeds was going to be at the market today and made the special effort to make a seed in honor of the celery that she received in last week’s CSA from One Straw Farm. She doesn’t usually buy celery, but she was blown away by Joan’s celery. “I had never had celery that tasted so much like celery. It was like concentrated celery. I put a little bit in soup I was making and the entire pot tasted like celery.” She’s inspired to look up old cream of celery recipes.
